Delivery Information

  • Delivery Times:
    Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 10:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • If the Recipient is Unavailable:
    • Flowers will be left on the doorstep or in a secure pre-arranged location.
    • If neither option is possible, the flowers will be returned to our shop.
    • A card will be left to inform the recipient of the delivery attempt and where the flowers can be collected if returned.

Hospital Deliveries

Please note that many hospitals do not accept flower deliveries or have strict requirements. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend checking with the hospital before placing an order. Alternatively, send flowers to the recipient’s home for them to enjoy during recovery.
